Name: Prina Jackson

Birth Date: March 29

Birth Place: Durham, North Carolina

Born in Durham, North Carolina, raised in Killeen,Texas, Prina Jackson is the youngest daughter of a preacher father and

a stay at home mother. Ambitious to say the least, her determination to become a professional singer was shaped by her

experiences of singing in church and although her dreams were not supported by her family, she went on to develop her

musical skills and surpassed even her own expectations. By the time she made it to high school, Prina was already

opening for a number of multi-platinum recording artists including High Five. Prina has since shared the stage with

Ying Yang Twins, Lil Jon and Chingy just to name a few. As an accomplished singer/songwriter and producer, she then

went on to work on her own debut album.

Prina spent some time living in Germany where she continued to sing and recorded her own music video but within two

years Prina had moved back to the States to help form the R&B group 'RAIIN'.

Prina's career in the music business seemed set. She continued to share the stage with major recording artists,

performed before Big Boi of OUTKAST, appeared on national television, set up her own studio and continued to manage

RAIIN. "I decided to manage RAIIN, because I wasn't willing to allow someone else to make decisions on my behalf

without consulting me. I have to be OK with whatever I do", noted Prina.

More than eleven years into her career, she was approached by up and coming R&B artist Jaunte-Jacobs. A role as the

manager of such a prestigious artist and performer was not something Prina was going to pass up and she immediately

jumped at the opportunity. Having watched him blossom from an RCA recording artist in his early career to owning his

own record label (The Urban World Music Group) and now being signed to Universal Music Group, she found it to be a

great way to not only learn and develop herself as a person, but also to further the career of someone she loved and on

whose behalf she had worked so hard.

Prina became a volunteer Marketing Consultant and volunteer Media Director for Humanity Healing while marketing and

promoting Jaunte-Jacobs. Now Prina is CEO/Founder of ZyeCha Inc. and the Director of Operations & PR for Exclusive

Fashion & Furs as well as performing marketing and promotions duties for Yum Yum Entertainment. She is also in the

shared partnership of Nisha Management with her manager, is a network admin for Nisha Management and blogger for

EG Radio Online and she runs nearly 200 websites herself. As if all that wasn't enough, Prina also acts as Editor in

Chief of Urban Steez Magazine.

Prina was recently interviewed for the first time in over five years while appearing on "Underground Live", an internet

radio show and had a two page spread in the first all-female tribute to female barbers in the November 2009 issue of

"Against The Grain" magazine. She will be featured in the first printed issue of HHH Magazine (currently online only) in

March 2010 and is appearing in the December 2009 online issue of HHH Magazine. She is also a part of the

"EXCLUSIVE FASHION & FURS" HHH Radio Takeover online each Tuesday night in December 2009.

On another note, her humanitarian work will be featured in Ghana's African Arts and Entertainment newspaper called

"The Spector". It will be available at all Ghana's Embassies worldwide. Prina's corporation ZyeCha Inc. teams up with

the Black Business Owners Network every year to help the homeless. Their "Gift Of Hope Tour" has become an annual

event. In 2008 "The Godfather Of Go-Go" Chuck Brown was the featured guest. Prina also markets and supports Ryan

Hicks' "Ballin For Peace Tour", an organization geared toward helping inner-city youth. Prina will be starting her own

non-profit organization soon as well.

"No matter how hard my life, I always try and help anyone that feels that they can use my abilities and skills in one way or

another. These things I live for", says Prina.

Not limiting herself to the confines of the music industry, her global dedication to helping others eventually lead Prina to

become a member of the IWW Starbucks Union and to join in the fight to help underpaid baristas in their struggle to gain

equal pay and fair treatment within the corporation.

Speaking about her next stop, Humanity Healing, Prina said "To me, Humanity Healing is about love and peace. Love one

another no matter what someone might do. Learn to be peaceful despite what we are all faced with each day. By doing this

we can begin to heal humanity."

Working tirelessly and unselfishly, Prina has very quickly become an invaluable asset to any team she joins.

It's obvious that Prina has a grand, multi-faceted mission and she is well on her way with it. You never know what she is

going to do next. Stay tuned, world! Here she comes!
